Dreamy Wellbeing was born from a simple, personal quest for better sleep and deeper healing. Our founder's journey began with a single crystal—Amethyst, long known for its soothing properties.

Like many, she struggled with restless nights and vivid nightmares. Following ancient wisdom, she began sleeping with an Amethyst under her pillow. The results were undeniable: the nightmares stopped. Whether it was the crystal's inherent energy or the power of belief, the sense of peace was profound, affirming that the gentle, powerful energy of crystals was a necessary part of her life.

Then came the spark: a literal dream of a sleep mask with a built-in pocket for a crystal. That dream became our signature product and the foundation of Dreamy Wellbeing.
